PRAY BECAUSE PRAYER PRODUCES RESULTS
James 5:16
The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.(kjv)
It is obvious to me that one of the responsibilities of a Christian is to PRAY. We are to pray for the many situations that arise in order that a just and righteous outcome will be accompolished. It is not our job to actually manipulate the outcome, but to simply pray that the Lord bring about the results.
Today I pray for John Bolton to be approved by the Senate as Ambassador to the United Nations. I also pray that the fillibuster be busted by the Senate Republicans where and when it comes to the President's nominations to the Federal Courts and in the future the Supreme Court.
JESUS IS LORD AND HE USES THE WORDS OF OUR PRAYERS TO ACT IN RESPONSE TO OUR PRAYERS AND TO FULFILL OUR FATHER'S WILL IN EARTH AS IT IS IN HEAVEN.
